For Second Hand Properties
- Public deed of Property (of the house and the plot)
- Simple land registry note
- Energy certificate.
- DNI or NIF of the sellers, registered in the Treasury
- IBI of the property, from the previous year.
- In the case of Mortgage, documentation of this.
- Water bill.
- Light bill
- Leave a copy of the keys in the office.
- Power of attorney in case of need.
- Septic tank certificate.
New build
- Certificate of occupancy.
- First Occupancy License
- Decennial Insurance
- Authorized Installer Bulletins
- Leave some keys in the office.
