The house has a garage of approximately 30 m2, enough for one car, plus storage spaces. There is also space to park a car outside the house.
From the garage, you go down a staircase to the entrance hall, which leads to the spacious living-dining room on the right and the kitchen on the left. Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the sea and hills. From the living room, you can go up to the tower, which can serve as an extra room, office, or reading or game room.
The bedroom area is accessed by going down to the lower floor, where there is a suite with a private bathroom, two double bedrooms, and one single bedroom, all with built-in wardrobes, and two other bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The exteriors require little maintenance. The garden area is limited by the slope of the land, and the pool is mainly intended for cooling off on hot days.
As for the equipment, the villa has propane gas heating with an exterior tank. The windows and blinds are aluminum. The rest of the house is original and has been well maintained.
